Genny Lyn St. Peter
Jun 3, 1957 — Dec 28, 2009
"Palmer- Genny Lyn St. Peter, 52, returned home on December 28, 2009, surrounded by her loving family, former husband Albert J. St. Peter, and her best friend Donna Housand. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Shannon M. St. Peter, son, Travis J. St. Peter both of Palmer., along with her partner John Daniels, with whom she lived, her sister Cathy Piwcio of Wolcott, NY as well as many family members and friends. She was born in Springfield on June 3, 1957 and was the daughter of the late Kenneth S. and Esther P. (Fountain) White. Genny was a graduate of the High School of Commerce in Springfield, and received her Associates' Degree in business administration from Holyoke Community College. She was a member of International Order of Rainbow Girls and the Union Congregational Church, Jasper St. Springfield. Besides her parents, a sister, Nancy L. Dustin preceded her in death. A favorite expression of Genny's life was Live♥♥♥Laugh♥♥♥Love, a philosophy she maintained through her fight with cancer. At her request, the family held services in her home at the time of her passing. In lieu of flowers, family is requesting either a donation to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure ww5.Komen.org and/or funeral expense donation to family c/o Nancy Roy, P.O. Box 234, Three Rivers, MA 01080-0234. "
