Linden H. Barrett

"Linden H. Barrett, 61, a lifelong resident of Belchertown, passed away on June 30, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born July 5, 1954 in Holyoke, MA son of Warren P. Barrett and Louise M. (Joyal ) Barrett of Belchertown. Linden worked as a mechanic for Peter Pan Bus Company as well as a bartender for the Belchertown VFW Post 8428 for many years. Linden loved spending time outdoors, he enjoyed camping and riding his motorcycle. Besides his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Christine Valois of Holyoke and a son Danny M. Barrett of Chicopee. He also leaves four brothers, Warren R. Barrett of Ludlow, Timothy D. Barrett of East Longmeadow, Mark A. Barrett of Belchertown and Thomas S. Barrett of Belchertown; as well as seven grandchildren. Calling hours will be Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home.
