"Belchertown- Louis Cincotta, Jr., 81, of North Washington St., died November 25, 2005 at home, surrounded by his loving family. Born September 20, 1924 in Avon, MA, he was the son of the late Louis and Angela (Santospirito) Cincotta. Formerly of Agawam, he attended schools in Agawam and was a homebuilding contractor for many years. He was later employed at Buswell Metal Products and Magnatech in CT. After his retirement, he enjoyed his many woodworking projects and traveling, especially to Florida and Maine. He was predeceased by brothers Felix, Emanual Sr., Joseph and Lionel. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Lucy (Misischia) Cincotta, whom he met in first grade. He is also survived by two daughters, Gloria (Cincotta) Grace and her husband John Grace of Belchertown, Nancy Cincotta Holmes and her husband Raymond Holmes of York, ME; a sister, Theresa (Cincotta) Borkowsky and brother-in-law, David Borkowsky of W.Springfield; sister-in-laws, Florence Cincotta of Westfield, MA, Laura Cincotta of Agawam, Tina Cincotta of Agawam; three grandchildren, John Grace, Jr. and his wife Kristy Grace of Newmarket, N.H., and Andrew Holmes and his brother Christopher Homes of York, ME as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. from the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home, 10 Maple St. (Rte 202), followed by a mass of Christian burial at St. Francis Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Agawam Center Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Donations may be made in his memory to Baystate VNA and Hospice, 50 Maple St., Springfield, MA 01102 or the American Heart Association, 1111 Elm St., W.Springfield, MA 01089. "
