"Palmer - Lucille A. (Lapointe) Beaudry, 74, of Geraldine St, passed away on December 22, 2009 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 2, 1935 in Worcester, MA, daughter of the late Sylvio and Alice (Chevrette) Lapointe. She has lived in Palmer for six years and previously resided in Deltona, Fl and Holden, MA. Lucille attended the Jeanne Mance School for Nursing in Burlington, VT and taught nursing at St. Vincents Hospital in Worcester. Mrs. Beaudry worked as a Registered Nurse at Hannamen Hospital in Worcester for 25 years, and finished her career in 1997 from Wachussett Home Health Agency. She is survived by three devoted children Elizabeth Beaudry of Worcester, Christopher Beaudry and his wife Jennifer of Monson, and Anthony Beaudry and his wife Nike of Douglas, MA. She also leaves a sister Helene Lapointe of Palmer, a brother Paul Lapointe of Beckville, TX, and three grandchildren Hanna, Maia and Zacharias. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband Albert J. Beaudry in 2008. A graveside service will take place in the spring. Memorial contributions may be made to Quaboag Valley Hospice, 42B Wright St., Palmer, MA 01069. "
