"Three Rivers - Paul S. Bigos, 78, of Belanger St., passed away on July 25, 2016 at home. He was born February 8, 1938 in Palmer, son of Stephen and Florida (Renaud) Bigos. He proudly served his country in the US Army and was a lifelong member of Amvets. Paul retired, as a machinist from F and D Tool after working for 40 years. He was a lifelong resident of Three Rivers and a communicant of Divine Mercy Parish. He was a member of St. Stan's Club and coached the YMPA team in the Palmer Little League. In his leisure, he enjoyed his passion for cigars, Tuesday trips to the casino, listening to Polish music and working in his garden. Paul was an avid NY Giants and Yankees fan. He will be sadly missed, by his circle of friends who met every morning for coffee at McDonalds. He is survived by two sons, John Bigos and wife Fran of Palmer and Tommy Bigos and wife Ann of Southampton. He also leaves his four precious grandchildren, Ryan, Hannah, Chad and Chelsea. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Jean (Cambo) Bigos in 2001, and five brothers, Robert, Roger, Richard, Ronald and Donald Bigos. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday, July 29th for 9:00 a.m to follow to a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m at Divine Mercy Parish. Burial will follow in the St. Anne's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the Beers and Story Palmer Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Divine Mercy Parish, 2267 Main St., Three Rivers, MA 01080. "
