"Brimfield - Susan L. (Smith) Adams, 72, passed away at home with the love of her family surrounding her on July 11, 2016. Born January 9, 1944 in St. Albins, NY, she was the daughter of William and Lauretta (Kirwin) Smith. Susan has lived in Brimfield since 1974, previously of Long Island. She took much enjoyment in golf, gardening, and decorating. Her greatest passion was time spent with her family. Susan will be dearly missed by her 4 children, Lori Piano of Sayville, NY, Jenifer Mahitka of Monson, Robert Keith and his wife Elise of Wilbraham, and Brian Keith and his spouse Joe Paquette of Worcester. She also leaves her dear grandchildren, Eric, emily, Ryan, Nathaniel, Andrew and Grace as well as sisters, Maryjane Mautino and husband Robert of CA, Lucille Rund and husband Thomas of SC, and Sally Kroger and husband Rick of NY. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 19, 2016, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm with a closing prayer and personal reflections at 5:00 p.m. at the Beers and Story Palmer Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. "
