Terry L. Baird

"Three Rivers - On September 8, 2013, a bright light went out. The world lost a wonderful, gentle man, Terry L. (T-Bird) Baird, 60, of Belanger St. Born in Keene, NH, on April 3, 1953, he was the son of James Leonard and Barbara (Rodgers) Dolloff. For 42 years, Terry and his family have lived in Three Rivers, previously residing in Brimfield. Terry worked at the former CF Church in Monson and for the past 20 years, was a valued employee at National Fiber as a forklift operator. Terry liked to fish, camp and enjoyed working on cars. He was the "king" of Mickey Mousing and found a way to fix anything. He was a hard working man and loved by many as a family man and a friend. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 44 years, Lorrie (Norton) Baird along with his children, Lisa Norton-Baird of Three Rivers, Jesse Baird and Jennifer Fielding of Three Rivers, and Amber Baird of Monson along with siblings, Bonnie Slade of Manchester, VT, and Richard Baird of VT. His love will also continue with his grandchildren, Justin Beauregard, Hunter Baird, Devin Lewis, Alicia Lundquist along with his father in law, Donald "Dad" Norton of Brimfield, mother in law, Lorraine "Mom" Norton of Brimfield, aunt, Julie Lake of East Greenwich, NY, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, on Friday, September 13, 2013 from 4:00-6:30 p.m. with a service to begin at 6:30 p.m. At the family's request, please make donations to either the Oncology Unit at Wing Hospital, 40 Wright St., Palmer, MA 01069 or Wing Hospice, at the same address.
