"Ware, Thomas Paul Valdez, 28, of Cherry St., died suddenly on Monday, January 18. Born in Ware, June 13, 1981, he was the son of Paul Valdez of Ware and Tammy (Welsh) Valdez of Monson. He has lived in Warren and Three Rivers, and had recently moved to Ware. Tommy's greatest love was his children, but additionally he was an avid sports fan, especially basketball and football. He also enjoyed fishing and dirt biking. Besides his parents, he will be deeply missed by the mother of his newborn daughter Destiny, Karissa King with whom he lived, his other daughter Arianna of Wilbraham, along with his grandmother Catherine (Hogan) Welsh of Three Rivers, his sisters Taryn Valdez of Ware and Emily Tomasaucks of Georgia. He also leaves his maternal aunt and uncle Debbie Britten and Christopher Welsh, along with his paternal aunts Carol Demers and Denise Ciaz. A service to remember and celebrate his life will be Saturday at Beers & Story Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. Friends may pay respects prior to the service from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his memory for the benefit of his children to Paul Valdez, c/o Beers & Story Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St., Palmer, 01069. "
