Diane R. Sanderson

Palmer- Diane R. Sanderson, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on November 14, 1952, in Palmer, Massachusetts, daughter of Herbert and Shirley (Bates) Reynolds. Diane dedicated over 35 years of her career as a practice manager with Springfield Anesthesia before retiring.

Diane found joy in shopping, family vacations, and playing golf. Most importantly, she treasured the time spent with her family and friends, creating everlasting memories.

She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert A. Reynolds. Diane leaves behind her devoted husband, Eric Sanderson; her loving mother, Shirley Reynolds; her sister, Cindy Lunden; and her brother, Walter Reynolds and his wife, Cynthia. She is also survived by her nieces, Valerie Maldonado (Jose), Cathy Lawless (Joseph), and Allison Doran (Shawn); her nephew, Scott Reynolds (Trish); and seven great-nieces and great-nephews: Taylor Maldonado, Evan Maldonado, Emma Doran, Tyler Doran, Zachary Reynolds, Chloe Lawless, and Macayla Lawless; as well as her great-great niece, Aurora Maldonado, all of whom she loved dearly.

Private services will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Diane's memory may be made to Rays of Hope Cancer Fund through the Baystate Health Foundation or the Center for Dementia Research by visiting cdr.rfmh.org.
