Delores Jean Taylor

Delores Taylor a Santa Cruz resident for the past twenty six years, passed away at a local convalescent hospital on October 26, 2017. She was 83. Born in Portland, Oregon on December 17, 1933 and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Delores worked for many years for the American Red Cross. Delores's passion was raising and training show dogs, during which time she showed German Shepherds and had a champion Shetland Sheep Dog and a Champion Corgi. She is survived by her cousin Robin Truffa of Hollister and many dear friends. A memorial service will be held at East Cliff Village, 1635 Tremont Dr., Santa Cruz, CA on Saturday November 4, at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel.
