Ah Kelsey, a wonderful Aquarius with beautiful green eyes, a glorious smile, a compassionate heart and an infectious laugh. Loved by many-many-many. Kelsey was born in Southern California to parents who helped her set the stage for a life of service, compassion, activism and justice. She was TOTALLY committed to community and social justice. During her 40 years in Santa Cruz she was active in many, many groups and LOVED them all. Writing-dancing-singing-astrology-yoga and lnnerlight Classes. She loved her home and relished her gardens. The newest is for the Monarch's. Her 27+ years at Bookshop Santa Cruz were her happiest. She inhaled so much knowledge and met so many unique individuals from that experience--AND she remembered them all- It was often said that "before Google there was Kelsey''. She knew and cared for so many that She was at times called "the Social Mayor of Santa Cruz". Remembering and missing Kelsey are among so many-her beloved sister Joanie who supported her daily and made the journey easier. There are also several wonderful loving and supportive nieces and nephews. She loved Zorah, Tirzah, Allaurah and Mara with all of her heart. Children that she loved -Peninah, Asher, Utah, Ava, Aliana and Isabel. She had a special, special love for her son Kai and daughter Ursula and for her special peeps Path, Susan, Jeanne, Kate, Marti, Carolyn and Roe. I know this for certain-she had a special place in her heart for everyone she ever met. SHE LOVED YOU ALL. Kelsey was a founding member of the Threshold Choir and she so loved and adored her "sisters in song"- She treasured Rev Deb and her Inner Light Family who have prayed for her during her entire 18 month journey. She adored and felt in her being the teachings of Astrology-She lived it, practiced it and taught it. Her Astrological challenge for us: "See and consider yourself in the big picture". She had healing hands as she did her massage work. I know that Kelsey is now off affecting this planet with her determination for equality and social justice- Divine Intelligence has a special plan for her. Be aware she may tap you on the shoulder sometimes guiding you to help. Kelsey was a story teller and a wordsmith. Her final parable that she left for us "whatever happens we can not fall out of the fabric of life". GREAT GREAT GREAT thanks for ALL the wonderful cards, prayers and well wishes that have accompanied us on this journey.
