Elba Cruzado

Mrs. Elba Santiago Cruzado, 79, of Tribes Hill, NY, passed away on Thursday evening September 1, 2022 at home with her loving family at her side. Born on December 20, 1942 in Yauco, Puerto Rico a daughter of Luis and Maria Rivera Santiago. Elba was a homemaker and a wonderful care giver for her children and family. Her favorite hobby was gardening. She enjoyed traveling to Puerto Rico, Florida and many other places. Elba loved spending time with family and friends. She married Jose Cruzado on June 30, 1979. He passed away on December 31, 2020. Survivors include her children, son, William Crusado of Tribes Hill, NY daughter Aileen & husband Isaiah Smith of Albany, NY, and son Edwin & wife Dawn Crusado of Saratoga Springs, NY. Beloved grandchildren, Tiffany Crusado, Crystal Rogers, Jessalynn Crusado, Aliza Cruzado, Estefan Cruzado, Javan Smith and Atalyia Smith, and Julianna Crusado. Three great-grandchildren, T'Ella, Sela and Token Rogers. Sisters and brothers, Lucy Sartin, Rose Lopez, Haydee Montalvo, Esther Wigfall, Luis Santiago, Manuel Santiago, Freddy Santiago and Noel Santiago. She was predeceased by a brother, Baltazar Santiago. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Mr. Cruzado was also predeceased by two children, Brunilda Cruzado and Wilfredo Cruzado. It was Mrs. Cruzado’s wishes that there be no services.
