Obituary  Katherine E Jones 83, A resident of the Wells Nursing Home, Johnstown, entered into eternal life on July 27, 2025 at the facility.

She was born June 20, 1942 in Bainbridge, New York, the daughter of Ernest and Genesee Hill Maynard. She was employed as a licensed practical nurse at Nathan Hospital Nursing Home.

She was predeceased by her husband Philip Jones whom she married February 24, 1962. He passed May 5 of 2015.

Survivors include her loving sons Kevin.(Dina.) Jones and David Jones grandchildren Stephanie Jones.(corwin Knight.) Gillian Simpson, Brandi.(Eric) Case Brianna Jones and Devon Jones one great grandchild Maddison Case.

 Funeral Services to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will be held on Thursday at 10 AM at the Betz Rossi Bellinger Stewart funeral home 51 Fremont St., Gloversville, NY 12078. A calling hour will proceed the service from 9 to 10 AM. Inurnment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery Gloversville.
