Gregory L. Mcclure

On Monday, February 10, 2020, Greg Mcclure, loving husband and father passed away at age 65. Greg was born on August 13, 1954 in Fullerton, CA to Ben and Cassie (Aucoin) Mcclure.He received a degree in Communications/Television Production from San Diego State University in 1977. He was a Farmers Insurance agent for many years before becoming a realtor in 1990. In October of 1988 he married his wife, Nancy. They raised a daughter, Kailee. Greg loved movies and his favorite was “The Big Lebowski”. He was a kind, generous soul having delivered Meals on Wheels to seniors. Salsa made from his homegrown tomatoes was a favorite. He also had a recipe published in the LA Times. He loved sharing cooking tips with his daughter, Kailee. Sports of all types was something he enjoyed. Especially Aztec football and watching Penn State football with Nancy. Greg was preceded in death by his father, Ben, mother, Cassie and nephew, Todd. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, daughter, Kailee, sisters, Sharon (Larry) and Sandi (Russell), and cousins, nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Feb. 28th, 2020 at Holy Trinity Church in El Dorado Hills,CA, at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Assoc or ASPCA.
