Anita Lynne Chapman
December 9, 1957 — July 14, 2025
Anita Lynne Chapman 67, of Kingsport went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 14, 2025 at Holston Valley Medical Center.
She was born in Kingsport to Luther and Juanita Chapman. Anita worked as a cashier for many years at Food City. Anita was an animal lover and shared a special bond with her three cats. She was an avid seamstress and especially enjoyed quilting.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Chapman.
Survivors include her father, Luther Chapman; sisters, Janet and Karen Chapman; along with several cousins.
Per her wishes no formal services will be conducted.
Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport is serving the Chapman family.
