David B. Ostrowski

David B. Ostrowski passed away peacefully on May 4, 2026, at the age of 88. He was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, to John and Emma Ostrowski (nee Wojtalewicz). David proudly served for many years in the Army National Guard and dedicated 37 years of service to G.E. Medical Systems.

David was married to El Raye until she passed away in 1998. Later in life found love again when he married Carole Vinson. He enjoyed watching football, especially cheering on the Packers, as well as playing Bingo and video poker, sharing breakfast with family, and spending cherished time with his great-grandchildren.

He will be deeply missed by his loving children, John Ostrowski and Susan (Bill) Orne; his siblings, Clarence (Betty) Strowe, Don (Judy) Ostrowski and Pat (Dan) Marohl, and his beloved grandchildren, Samantha (Allen) Wisniewski, William (Kaitlin), Joshua (Mariel), and Nicholas, Anna (Daniel) Cordova and Julaine Ostrowski. He will also be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends whose lives he touched throughout the years.

A visitation for David will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Cesarz Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home 237 N Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53188 from 11:00 a.m. until the start of services at 1:00 p.m., followed by burial at Salem Cemetery.

David’s kindness, quiet strength, and love for his family will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Thank you! El
