Paolo Campisi

Paolo Campisi, 87 of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away on May 7, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. He was the beloved husband of Giuseppa (Tarascio) Campisi.

Born on October 25, 1937, in Solarino, Italy, to the late Luciano and Concetta (Pizzo) Campisi, Paolo immigrated to the United States, where he built a life filled with love, hard work, and dedication. He retired from Stanley Tools, always proud of his contributions to the company.

Paolo's true passion lay in his garden, where he nurtured fruits and vegetables as well as figs, palm trees and flowers with care and devotion. His love for gardening brought him joy and peace, and he took great pride in sharing his harvest with family and friends.

Above all, Paolo was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather (Nonno).  His family was the center of his world, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

Paolo is survived by his Loving wife of over 60 years, Giuseppa and 4 children Lucio, Sebastian, Linda (Marc) Miller, Diana Llewellyn and his Grandchildren: Micheal, Paul, Sebastian, Hunter and Sage Campisi, Alexis, Ashlee and Anthony Llewellyn. Erik (Tricia), Paulsin, Hayden Heitter and Mason Miller • Great Grandchildren: Elljah, Aryah Heitter and 2 Expected in June.

He is also survived by his siblings sister Rosa and her husband Salvatore Melluzzo, brothers Vincenzo and his wife Lina Campisi, Giuseppe and his wife Tina as well as sister-in-law Concetta Campisi and many nieces and nephews. Paolo is preceded in death by his Parents, loving brother Simone Campisi, his Neice Rosie Campisi, Sister Carmela and Brother in-law Turiddo Germano and son in-law Edward Llewellyn.
