Julia Rosina Graham

Julia R. Graham, 83, of Versailles, KY went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 17, 2026.

Born December 14, 1942 in Exeter, England to the late Edna & Woodrow Short. She spent most of her adult life traveling the world with her late husband who was in the military. She is preceded in death by her late husband Noel B. Graham “Rusty”, her son, Noel B. Graham Jr. “Little Rusty”, and her parents Edna & Woodrow Short.

She is survived by her son Michael (Michelle) Graham of Lawrenceburg, her daughter-in-law Angie Graham of Michigan, her five grandchildren Michael, Samantha, Dustin, Kira & Cody, one great-granddaughter, Charlotte, her four younger siblings, Bo Dunn, Jessie Ritchey, Joe Short and Sylvia Wiley.

She is also survived by several nieces & nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 24th at 4PM, with visitation to follow until 6PM at Truth Baptist Church in Frankfort, Kentucky.
