Obituary John H. Gilliam II, of Louisville, KY, previously of Lexington, KY, passed away on October 20, 2011 at the age of 36, after a courageous battle with cancer. John was employed as Operating Partner for Calistoga Cafe in Louisville, KY. He is survived by his wife, Anne Dawahare-Gilliam of Louisville; his mother, Barbara Morgan of Lexington; his father, John Harold Gilliam of Lexington; and his sister, Natalie Gilliam of Lexington. Funeral Information A Gathering of Family and Friends will be 3-4pm, Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing, with a time of sharing at 4pm.
