A native of Frankfort, she was born on March 19, 1969 to Susan Pulliam and the late Frank Downey. She worked for Stewart Home as a Health Services Manager. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her brother, Jason Downey, Frankfort; her step sisters, Jennifer Swan, and Stephanie Blankenship, both of Frankfort; her step mother, Charlotte Downey; her mother and father in law, Debbie and David Gipson, Sr.; several nieces and nephews; and 3 special friends, Melissa Ford, Melissa Parker, and Bobbie Combs. Funeral Information A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Rev. Donna Parker will be officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be David Gipson Sr., Hollie Parker, David Combs, Todd Sutherland, Jarrod Sutherland, and Alexander Downey. A visitation will be held from 10:00am until the time of service on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
