Rock Mills, 73, husband of Belinda Sue Mills, passed away on July 19, 2026 in Winchester. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on February 23, 1953 to James E. and Mary Jane Morris Dyche.
He is survived by his wife Belinda Sue Mills, son, Cory (Tomila) Mills, both of Lexington, grandchildren, Morgan Simpson, Dylan Mills, Logan Mills, Conner Mills and Cooper Mills; and great-grandson Hudson Simpson. In addition, his sisters, Pat (Mike) Forbes and Lynne Mills.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Dustin Sky Mills, and two sisters, Connie Blair and Raejuana Mills.
A memorial service will be held at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 1:30 PM. A reception will follow the service until 3:00 PM.
