Dale Arthur Montgomery

Dale Arthur Montgomery, age 89, entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on May 11, 2026. He was born on July 8, 1936, in Tacoma, Washington, to Howard A. Montgomery and Lucille Kenyon Montgomery.

Dale proudly served in the United States Navy and later enjoyed a long career with Boeing. He shared 59 wonderful years of marriage with his wife Joyce, and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend.

Dale loved traveling, watching the Seattle Mariners, and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his faith, quiet strength, and deep love for those around him.

Dale was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Montgomery; his son, Steve Montgomery; and his parents, Howard and Lucille Montgomery.

He is survived by his brother, Jim Montgomery. He is also survived by his son, Daryl Montgomery, and his son and daughter-in-law Gary and Susan Montgomery; his daughter-in-law, Deanna Montgomery; his grandchildren, Bryan (Lindsay), Jamie (Derringer), Kayla (Porgy), Hannah (Dan), Sierra, and Austin (Mackenzie); and his great-grandchildren, Hailey, Americus, Dallas, Derringer Jr., Isaac, and Beckem.
