It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Ray Reese Jr., affectionately known to many as "Donnie"

Born on September 22, 1961, Donald lived a life of service, commitment, and resolve before his peaceful departure on May 7, 2026.

Donald is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Reese, their four wonderful children, daughters Kathleen Reese, Shannon Reese, Crystal (Aaron Jaeggi )(Reese), and son Donald Ray Reese III (Hannah Magin). He is also survived by his 8 grandsons Riley, Colten, Weston, Lincoln, Ray (IV), Noah, Sammie and Gunnar. He also leaves behind his two sisters, Sharon and Kathy and his nephews Gavin , Zachary, Shane, and his niece Jennifer. His legacy will continue to live on through them and the many lives he touched during his fruitful life. He was predeceased by his father, Donald Ray Reese Sr, and his mother, Florence LaVerne Yorgensen whose memories he held close till his last.

In 1979, Donald began his service in the US Army, where he worked diligently for many years before transitioning to the private sector. In 1986, he took on a new challenge at Rockwell International B-1 Bomber, further showcasing his dedication to his field. He joined The Boeing Co. in 1989 and devoted over three decades to aerospace technology, making significant contributions to the industry. In 2023, Donald retired from his career, having last served at The Boeing Co. His commitment, work ethics and contributions to the company left an indelible impact.

The loss of Donald Reese Jr. is deeply felt by his family, friends, and those who had the privilege of working with him. He will be missed, but his memory will continue to inspire those left behind. May he rest in peace.
