Eva Mae Briggs

Eva Mae Briggs was born on born Nov. 28, 1934 in Oakland, California and died on May 19, 2010 in Puyallup. She moved to Washington and married her husband of 56 years in 1953. Proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Shirleen and Tracy. Eva and her husband Lloyd Darwin Briggs lived in their Bellevue home for 40 years. In 2007 they moved to Puyallup to be closer to family. She is survived by her husband, grandson Jack Daniel Hammond, two granddaughters, Mary and Tara Jensen, sister Jean Taylor and an extended loving family. Eva Mae Briggs loved her books, gardening and puzzles. She will be remembered for her love, laughter and compassion. She will be missed dearly. A Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 22nd at 1pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints: Ridgecrest Building?, 12407 Military Rd E, Puyallup, WA. 98374. All friends are welcome.
