Ruth Etta Guberman, age 93, of Venice, FL, passed away on June 2, 2022. She was born in Fort Lee, NJ on June 24, 1928, and moved to Venice in 1978 after living in The Bronx, NY and Fairlawn, NJ. Ruth will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and wife who will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Ruth enjoyed baking, cooking, knitting and mahjong. She also volunteered at Habitat for Humanity and for food distributions. Surviving family members include her sons, Justin, Mark and David Guberman; grandchildren Sam and Andy; and loved ones Buddy and Kelli Barrett. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Guberman. A graveside service will be held at Venice Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to TideWell Hospice.
