Alvina Weddelman Hahn, age 94, of Venice, Florida passed away on June 9, 2022. She was born on November 27, 1927, in Florida, Ohio where she grew up and attended Florida, Ohio High School and graduated in 1945. She married Waldo Hahn in 1948 and then graduated in 1949 from Defiance College. Alvina was a devout Lutheran Christian serving her churches as an Altar Guild and at coffee hours and other various committees throughout her church life. She was a avid Bridge player and liked to bowl. She spent many years traveling between her hometown of Napoleon, Ohio and Venice, Florida as Snowbirds. Then becoming residents of Venice for many years. Alvina is survived by her daughter, Lisa H. (Mark A.) Smith; a son, Michael W. Hahn (Oleana Davis); a brother, Paul (Tootie) Weddelman of Hamilton, Indiana and a sister-in-law, Wandalou Badenop of Hamler, Ohio. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Waldo H. Hahn in 2013. A memorial service will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Venice on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at 1:00PM. Memorial contributions can be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 790 S.
