Anthony F. Komaroski, Jr., devoted son, husband, father and grandfather, known to many as Tony, of Venice, FL, passed away on July 25, 2022. He was born in Hempstead, NY to Anthony and Polly Komaroski on April 10, 1933. Tony grew up in Westbury, Long Island and graduated Westbury High School I 1951. He proudly served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Tony was a police officer with the Nassau County police department on Long Island for 22 years retiring in 1977, when he moved to Venice. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, NASCAR racing, watching golf on TV and many handyman projects as well as yardwork. Surviving family members include his children, Anthony F. Komaroski and wife Dawn, Amy Boudreau and husband Paul, Joe Komaroski and wife Sue, and Peter Komaroski and wife Julie; grandchildren Nicole Danielo, Jennifer Thompson, Allie Horvath, Brittany Moss, Bridget Komaroski, Paul Boudreau, Jr., Michelle Boudreau, Peter Komaroski, Jr., and Matt Komaroski; great grandchildren Ty Danielo, Cole Moss, Violet Thompson and Luna Thompson; and sister Margaret Lambert.
