Willie B. Ray, 88, passed away in Venice, FL on August 13, 2022. She was born on May 12, 1934, in High Point, NC to Carlie and Ada Blake. She graduated from Randleman High School in 1952. She relocated to Venice, FL in 2001. She was a happy outgoing southern Belle. Willie enjoyed painting, shopping, and eating at her favorite local restaurant, Left Coast Seafood. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Willie is survived by her daughter Karen Cecil, grandson Scott (Kerry) Beamon, brother Bobby Blake, great granddaughter Lily Grubb, and best friend Carol Moats. A graveside service will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday August 18, 2022, at Venice Memorial Gardens, 1950 Center Road, Venice, FL 34292.
