Carol Ann Childers passed away suddenly on November 24, 2022. A sister and an Aunt, Carol was loved by many and will be missed. She was born on January 10, 1955, to William and Betty Childers of Harvard, IL. where she spent her early years. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas in 1978 and began a career in social welfare soon after. She was an active member of a sorority while finishing her studies at Arkansas. She later moved to Columbia, MO where she had a career in home health care. Carol is survived by her brothers William B. Childers and Douglas H. Childers as well as by a nephew and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents William B. Childers, Jr., and Betty C. Childers. Carol will be forever remembered for her strong commitment to God and her never ending generosity to people less fortunate than her A graveside service will be held in Pueblo, CO in May.
