Mary Lou Feffer, age 83, of Venice, Florida, passed away on February 3, 2023. She was born on August 6, 1939 in Aurora, Illinois and moved to the Sarasota area in 1994 from Cary, Illinois where she was a bank teller at Harris Bank in Barrington. Mary Lou was an avid bingo player, bowler and also golf. She is survived by her two children; Denise (Andy) Forrest of Wheaton, Illinois, Diane (Kevin) Grever of Venice, Florida; grandchildren, Stephanie (Donnie) Nommensen of Cary, Illinois, Sean Forrest of Chicago, Illinois, Carl Macko of Columbus, Indiana, Megan Forrest of Naperville, Illinois and two great- grandchildren, Quinn Nommensen and Sawyer Nommensen. She also leaves behind a brother, Richard (Judy) Konen of Sarasota, Florida. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Philip & Bernice Konen; her husband, David Feffer and a sister, Phyllis (Ray) Brinlee. A memorial mass will be held sometime in the spring in Cary, Illinois. Farley Funeral Home in Venice, Florida is handling the arrangements.
