Georgean D. Draves, age 84, of Venice, Florida, passed away on April 2, 2023. She was born on January 9, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Venice, Florida from Gray, Maine. She was a secretary and Administrator in the Healthcare Industry for many years. Georgean is survived by her husband, Ralph W. Draves of Venice; two sons, David Draves of Seattle, Washington and Warren Draves of Brunswick, Maine. She was preceded in death by her father, George Hanf, her mother, Theresa Hanf and her two sisters, LaVerne Taylor and Connie Grudzinski. A visitation will be held from 4:00PM-7:00PM on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Farley Funeral Home in Venice. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Venice with inurnment to follow in the church’s memorial garden.
