Jacqueline M. Walsh died peacefully in Venice, FL on September 9, 2023, after a brief illness. She was 92 years old. Jacqueline was born in Boston, MA on August 1, 1931, to the late John and Gertrude Walsh, the oldest of two daughters. She is survived by one sister, Trudy Deane, of Stoughton, MA; her daughters, Jacqueline R. Boisse, of Venice, FL; Karen M. Cook and Louise M. Ricchezza, of Sarasota, FL; her son, Vincent J. Ricchezza, of Troy, IL; nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren; two great great-granddaughters, nieces and nephews and other loving members of the family. Jacqueline lived in Boston, MA until marriage in 1951 to Louis M. Ricchezza (deceased in 2013) and settled in Leominster, MA until 2013 when she moved to Venice, FL to be with her three daughters. Jacqueline worked at the former Tucker Housewares on Central Street in Leominster for many years before she retired. She was also a long-time member of the Polish American Veterans organization where she served several terms as Madam President. Jacqueline enjoyed many personal pursuits. She excelled at sewing, knitting, crocheting and embroidery. She was also an avid reader and loved crossword puzzles. She was embroidering beautiful pillowcases right up to her death. She will be deeply missed by her extended family.
