Donald Lee Kelbaugh December 22, 1927 – November 2, 2023 My beloved husband, Donald, passed away on the night of November 2, 2023. He was without a doubt absolutely the perfect husband; a kind, loving, and caring person. He loved people; that love was evident in his devotion to his wife and family, and his delight in the high school physics classes he taught at Parkville and Calvert Hall schools in Maryland. He loved to have fun, was always ready to party, whether it be at our home in Englewood, Florida, or on our deck in Bel Air, Maryland. Donald was an avid golfer and sailor who was regularly seen on the course at Maryland Golf and Country Club, Bel Air, MD or sailing his boat out of Bowley’s Marina, into Middle River, MD and on out to Chesapeake Bay. Donald is survived by his wife, Joyce Kelbaugh; daughter, Polly Muir; stepdaughters, Adine Aldrich, Susan Dowell, Linda Noon, Lisa Palardy, Connie Valimont, and stepsons David Aldrich, Eric Aldrich, and Gregory Palardy, He was predeceased by his late wife Janet.
