Kathleen E. Drapczynski, age 76 of Englewood, FL passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on January 30, 1947. Kathy worked as a beautician for many years and worked as a cook for the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales for several years thereafter. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Francis J. Drapczynski, and parents, Thomas and Adele (nee Lewandowski) Judge. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Allspach (Jeff) and Dawn Drapczynski, and her beloved granddaughters, Samantha and Danielle Allspach. A visitation will take place on Thursday, December 21 from 10:00 am to 10:30 am at Farley Funeral Home in Venice, FL. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes on Thursday at 11:30 am in Venice, FL with interment to follow at Sarasota National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 1301 Center Road, Venice, FL 34292 or online at ollvenice.org or Face Autism, Inc., 5610 74th Place E., Ellenton, FL 34222 or online at face-autism.org.
