"Chicopee - Paul S. Veber, 53, Montgomery St. died on September 18, 2014 at Baystate Medical Center. Born May 17, 1961 in Southbridge, he was the son of Fred Veber Jr. and Mary (Kennedy) Veber of Holland. Paul grew up in Holland and graduated from Tantasqua High School. He lived for a number of years in the Bondsville area and moved to Chicopee in 1996. He was truly a Jack of all Trades and Mr. Fix It. Anything with a motor, he was happy to work on. He loved the beach, car shows and camping with his family. Time with his children was most treasured, such as movies with Nick. Paul loved kids and making them laugh. He also took much pride in the numerous blood donations he gave to those in need. Besides his mother, he will be greatly missed by his wife, Laura (Squires), along with his children, Shawn Veber of Ware, Tonya Abreu and her husband Eric of Palmer, Danielle Brown and her husband Jarrett of Ware, Nicholas Veber of Ware, Kristin Veber of Chicopee and his most precious granddaughter, Madison Brown. He also will be dearly missed by his siblings, Mark Veber and his wife Pamela of Palmer, Todd Veber and his girlfriend Cathy Davis of Kansas City, MI, Glen Veber and his wife Loudres of Southbridge, and Gary Veber and his wife Patricia of Woodstock. Extended family includes his mother in law, Anna Squires and sister in law, Linda Bak, 13 nieces and nephews, and 9 great nieces and nephews, one on the way, along with many dear friends. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home with closing prayers at the conclusion. A Celebration of his life will take place Villa Rose Restaurant & Lounge on 1428 Center Street, Ludlow, Ma 01056 on Sunday the 28th at noon. For details, please visit www.beersandstory.com. "
