"South Hadley, Patrick R. Forhan, 58, died on Friday, September 12 at UMASS Memorial Hospital. Born in Holyoke on October 26, 1955 he was the son of June (Lesperance) with whom he lived and the late Maurice Forhan. Rick as he was known to many, graduated from South Hadley High School and received his Associates Degree from Holyoke Community COllege. He served in the U.S. Army. Rick was employed for many years as an electrical maintenance at the former Rexam Graphics. He will be missed by his siblings, Eileen Keaffer of Middleborough, MA and Jeffrey and his wife Lisa of Worthington along their son Sean and his family. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, September 17th from 4-6 p.m. Burial will on Thursday at 10:00 a.m.at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association."
