"Albert F. Forsman, 92, of Kimberly Way, died Thursday, February 1, 2007 at home with his family by his side. Born in Palmer, October 20, 1914, he was the son of the late Hjalmar and Anna (Peterson) Forsman. He grew up in Palmer and lived there for many years before moving to Harwich. He worked for Utility Manufacturing in Wilbraham, for 40 years before his retirement in 1975. Al will be remembered as a master craftsman and a man who loved his family and enjoyed fishing. His wife Edith (Ledbury) Forsman died in 1992. He will be deeply missed by his sons Philip W. and his wife Karen of Harwich, and Albert C. “Bud” and his wife Linda of Longmeadow, along with his two brothers Raymond of Feeding Hills and Robert of Wilbraham. He also leaves his four grandchildren, Heather Urquart and Heidi Forsman of Cape Cod, Philip Forsman of Rangley, ME, Candace Forsman of Longmeadow, and a great grandson, Benjamin Forsman of Cape Cod. Besides his wife, he was predeceased by his brother Wesson. Funeral services will be Monday, February 5 at 10:00 a.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St., (Rte. 20) followed by burial in Oak Knoll Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. For those wishing, donations may be made in his memory to either VNA of Cape Cod, Hospice & Palliative Care, 434 Rte. 134, Suite G1, S. Dennis, 02660 or Cape Cod Covenant Church, P.O. Box 219, S. Dennis, 02660."
