"South Hadley, June E. (Coffey) Gagne, 82, died on September 9, 2014 at Heywood Hospital in Gardner, MA with her family by her side. She was born in Holyoke on December 10, 1931 and was the daughter of Charles and Eva (Fournier) Coffey. June was predeceased in 2011 by her husband of 59 years, Chief Master Sgt. (retired) Richard R. Gagne. June truly enjoyed being a homemaker for her family. She will be deeply missed by her three children, Kevin Sr. (Kathleen Renaud) of Chicopee, Lori Fletcher (Richard) of Belchertown and Gary (Anne) of Jacksonville, FL along with her six grandchildren and one great grandson. Her brother, Charles Coffey, also survives her. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by siblings, Shirley and Corrine. A Funeral Service will be on Monday at 12:30 pm at Beers and Story S. Hadley Funeral Home, 646 Newton St. A calling hour from 11:30 - 12:30 pm will precede the service. Burial will follow in the Mass. Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Agawam. Donations in her memory may be made to The American Cancer Society. Please visit www.beersandstory.com. "
