"Belchertown - Daniel M. George, 52, of Belchertown, passed away August 29, 2014. Born April 14, 1962 in Palmer, he was the son of Stephen and Arlene (Roy) George. Daniel has lived in Belchertown for most of his life, previously residing in Three Rivers. In the past, he worked at Montgomery Rose as a laborer. More recently, he was a PCA and assisted a friend with her care. In his leisure, Daniel took much enjoyment in fishing and was an avid sports fan. He had a big heart and was always very generous with his friends. Daniel will be greatly missed by his parents of Belchertown, along with aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers Christopher and Stephen. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
