"Monson - John W. "Jack" Leonard, 60, of Pleasant St. died on August 16, 2014. He was born September 3, 1953 in Leominster, MA, son of William J. and Irene M. (Mulcahy) Leonard. He is survived by his wife, Doris (Slate) Leonard of Monson, stepson, William P. Slate of W. Virginia and a sister, Patricia Strain of W.Springfield. A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014 at 11:00 a.m at Bethany Charismatic Catholic Church in Brimfield. Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. "
