Catherine Irene Pezzuti, longtime resident of Lanham, Maryland quietly passed away on January 30, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Rinaldi Pezzuti and is survived by four sons: Joseph, Jr. of Bowie, MD; Michael of Parsons, TN; Stephen of Mayo, MD; and Kevin of Annapolis, MD; four daughter-in-laws; eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at Advent Funeral Home, 9013 Annapolis Road, Lanham, MD on Friday, February 6th from 5 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 7th starting at 11 a.m. at the Church of St. Matthias the Apostle, 9475 Annapolis Road, Lanham, MD. Interment immediately to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Memory of Catherine Irene Pezzuti to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1850 York Road, Suite D, Timonium, MD 21093.
