James H. Lamaster, Jr (nicknamed Clyde) of Lanham, Maryland succumbed to his trauma injuries on December 13, 2014. He was surrounded and supported at the hospital by his loving family members and friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret JoAnn Lamaster; his daughters Rebecca Lamaster (Robert Blavuelt), Peggy Elter (Lenny), and Mary Lusk (Fred). He was a cherished grandfather to Brendan Lamaster, Victoria Lusk and Zachary Lusk. He was preceded in death by his parents Maryalice and James Lamaster Sr. James is remembered by his family and friends for his sense of humor and his big heart. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, and country music. Early in his professional life he was an accomplished baker, but later changed careers and excelled as an auto mechanic. Known to be a man of his word, James took pride in his work and often worked long hours in any weather condition to honor his commitments. Friends received on Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 4-8 pm at Advent Funeral Services in Lanham, Maryland. Interment will take place Monday, December 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, Maryland.
