"Glen Gilmore, 32, died on April 22, 2017. Born April 10, 1985 in Springfield, he was the son of Darlene (Kopec) Gilmore of Ware and the late Gary Gilmore (2010). Glen grew up in Ware, attended St. Mary's School, then Pathfinder Vocational, returning to Ware, a graduate of 2003. He has lived in Monson for several years, and has been the owner or Gil's Gym in Palmer, which he and his father started in 2007. In his leisure, Glen loved fishing and high performance cars. Besides his mother he will be deeply missed by his wife, Jaclyn (Ochs) Gilmore, his precious daughter, Steffanie, at home, paternal grandmother Bertha (Kugler) Gilmore of Wilbraham, along with aunts, uncles cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be Friday. April 28 at 11:00 a.m. at the Second Congregational Church, 1080 Pleasant St, Palmer. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St, (Rte. 20). For those wishing, donations may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association"
