"John W. McMahon, 56, died on January 18, 2015. Born in Palmer, December 14, 1958, he was the son of Dorothy (Sullivan) McMahon of Thorndike and the late Walter Earl McMahon. John was an Army Veteran and worked as a welder for Brodeur Campbell Fence in Springfield for many years. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife Jeri-Lee (Adams), 3 children, Holly Marciniec, and Nathan and Jeremy McMahon of Palmer. He also leaves his 8 siblings, Norman McMahon of Monson, Michael McMahon of Three Rivers, Anne McMahon of Florence, Patricia McMahon of Monson, Diane McMahon of Palmer, Shannon McMahon of Ware, Doreen McMahon of Thorndike, Kathleen Voiland of Gilbertville. He also leaves 5 grandchildren. Calling hours will be Wednesday, January 28 from 4:00- 6:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. For those wishing, please make donations to the family, c/o the funeral home. "
