August 12th, 1960 - December 16th, 2011
Bradley Jon Meitzner, 51 of Lexington, SC passed away peacefully on Friday evening December 16, 2011 at Lexington Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Born August 12, 1960 in Ft. Atkinson, Wisconsin he is the son of Cyrilla Renz and the late Gilbert Meitzner. There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it. ? Edith Wharton. Bradley was that candle to many people throughout his life. He could walk into a room and immediately put a smile on everybody?s face. He loved his friends and family almost as much as the Green Bay Packers. Not only was he the Packers #1 fan he was a team shareholder as well. Bradley also enjoyed traveling with his wife Angie to wherever life took them and an occasional NASCAR race when the Packers were not playing. Besides his father, Bradley is predeceased by his daughter Angela Meitzner (Jeremy Stoyanowski) and one brother Brian Meitzner. Survivors include his loving wife Angie Farris Meitzner whom he married February 5, 2011; one daughter Kristi Morris (Ben); stepchildren Amanda Smith (Kevin), Alicia Knottz and Jeremy and James Knottz; brother Thomas Meitzner (Lisa); grandmother Martina Renz; nephew Daman Meitzner and his grandchildren Parker Morris, Carter Stoyanowski, Holly, Nathan, Sam, Matthew, Sarah and Ashtryd. He is also survived by many close friends. A memorial service to celebrate Bradley?s life will take place on Sunday afternoon December 18 at 3 P.M. in Woodridge Funeral Home 138 Corley Mill Rd Lexington. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
