Obituary for Ray Tildon Mayo, Sr. "Popsicle" Ray Tildon Mayo,Sr. "Popsicle", 76, of Hopkins, South Carolina passed away August 18, 2018 in Columbia. He was born on December 3, 1941 in Monroe, North Carolina to David and Mary Mayo. Ray is survived by his sons; Ray Mayo, Jr. (Rhonda) and Allan Mayo (Cosette), daughters; Vicki Woody (Randall) and Lisa Kelly (Claude), sister, Mary Anne Simons, 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Lykesland Baptist Church on August 24, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Columbia.
