Shirley Jean Jobb

Shirley Jean Jobb was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She left this world on January 30th, 2023 at age 86. She was born to Harvey and Lola (Parks) Daniel in June, 1936, in Greeley, CO. Shirley graduated from Westminster High School in 1954. Shirley met and married Jack Jobb in 1957. They were married in Aurora, CO in the St Pious the Tenth Catholic Church. They were married 63 years before Jack passed way. Together they lived in numerous states including Colorado, California, New York and Florida. She is survived by her daughter Jeanne (Tom) Poirier (Berthoud, CO), and their two daughters, Samantha (Johnstown, CO) and Savanna (Denver, CO). She has one son presumed out of state. Shirley has numerous nieces and nephews. Shirley worked at Kohl Elementary School, as a secretary, in Broomfield, CO, American College Testing, as a secretary, Broomfield, CO before working at Rocky Flats as a secretary and eventually retiring from Rocky Flats. Shirley and Jack resided in Broomfield, CO from 1972 to 2018, when they made a move to Loveland, CO to live in a Senior Living community, Hillcrest of Loveland. Shirley will be missed by her family and friends. A funeral service is scheduled for March 4, 2023 at Noon at the First Baptist Church of Westminster, 7625 Lowell Blvd. A reception lunch will follow at the church.
