Doris Thomas Pridgen, 90, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2020. Doris was born on December 21, 1930 in Anson County, North Carolina to Robert Wilson Thomas and Genie McSwain Thomas. A resident of Charlotte since 1950, she enjoyed golf, bridge and travel, but delighted most in time spent with family and friends. Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Everett F. Pridgen and sister, Lula "Lou" Ross. She is survived by her daughter, Genie Pridgen Cotner (Ken), granddaughter, Kristen Cotner, brother, Robert C. Thomas (Cherie) and dear friend, Henry Helms.
