Clara D. Gray

Clara D. Gray, 73, from Town of Glen, NY, passed away on December 31st, 2023, at St Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, NY. Born on August 12th, 1950, in Amsterdam, NY to the late Anthony and Josephine (Dybowski) Tylutki, Clara grew up locally and attended Fonda-Fultonville Central School District. Once out of school, Clara dedicated herself to raising a family and becoming a homemaker. She married the love of her life Bruce on September 19th, 1970, and they shared over 50 beautiful years together before her passing. Clara loved going on vacation and being anywhere near the ocean. She enjoyed going to the casino, as well as Fonda Speedway. More than anything, she loved spending time with her kids and many grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents Anthony and Josephine Tylutki; brothers Karl, Steven, Christopher, and Anthony (Butch) Tylutki & his wife Judy. Clara is survived by her husband Bruce Gray; son Brian Gray(Diane Sniezyk); daughter Melissa (Robert) Perry; brothers Raymond (Patty) Tylutki, Richard (Tonya) Tylutki, and Michael (Amy) Tylutki; sisters Patty Squillace and Christine (Mark) Foss; grandchildren Bryan and Lulu Gray, & Matt, Macie, and Summer Perry; daughter in-law Mandy Gray; as well as several sister and brother in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her faithful cats Jackson and Dude. A service of remembrance will be held on Friday, January 5th, 2024, at 11am at Betz, Rossi, Bellinger, & Stewart Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY 12010. Family and friends are invited to call prior to the service from 10am to 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Glen Volunteer Fire Department by check to 134 Auriesville Rd, Fultonville, NY 12072.
