Sandra "Sandy" Latimer 77, passed away at Crouse Hospital on Saturday, December 12, 2020. Sandra was born on February 12, 1943 in Syracuse, New York to Josephine and Charles Shafty. Sandra was a nurse. She enjoyed playing bingo at the Turning Stone Casino. She loved animals. Sandra was a loving wife and mother. She will be deeply missed. Sandra is survived by; sons Ted (Bobbi) Latimer of Cicero,NY, Matt (Liz) Latimer of St. Louis,MO, Manny (Barb) Latimer, 3rd of Cicero, NY, Mitchell (Krista) Latimer of Liverpool, NY, Michael Latimer of West Monroe, NY; daughters Marsha (Walter) Dixie of Syracuse, NY, Maritza (Michael) Barnes of Marcellus, NY, Michele (Doug) Brown of Maryville, NY, Miriam Latimer of Liverpool, NY; son-in-law, Steven Griffin of Leesburg, FL; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sandra was predeceased by her husband Manuel Latimer, Jr. her daughter Josefina L. Griffin and her parents, Josephine and Charles Shafty. There will be no viewing.
